Your EPDS screening
Answers and scores are calculated in this browser tab. They are not sent to the clinic, stored in your account, saved to browser storage or attached to booking requests. Leaving or refreshing clears them.
AI resource guide
Only after explicit consent, your typed concern is sent from this website’s secure server to OpenRouter and its model provider for resource matching. We do not save concerns or recommendations in clinic records or browser storage, or include EPDS answers. We request zero-data-retention routing and no provider data collection; safety retention and service logs may still apply under provider and account policies. Do not include identifying details or medical records. Leaving, refreshing or using Clear removes the visible concern and result; clinic submission deletion does not remove provider logs. Suggestions are not diagnosis, safety assessment, treatment or crisis monitoring.
Consultation and group requests
The clinic stores your name, email, phone, support preference, preferred time and any intake notes you choose to share. These details are used to handle your request. They are not publicly readable and you do not need to create an account to submit.
Access and communication
Requests are available to the clinic through its restricted Lovable Cloud workspace. Email sending is not configured yet. On-screen receipt confirms the request was saved, not that a clinician has reviewed it.
Urgent concerns
This website and its booking inbox are not monitored for emergencies. In immediate danger in India, call 112. For mental health support call Tele-MANAS on 14416.
Clinical confidentiality
Before care begins, ask your clinician about confidentiality, its safety and legal limits, and the management of clinical records. This website does not establish a clinical care relationship.
Consent and retention
We ask for explicit consent to store your contact details and preferences, and separate consent for optional intake notes. There is no marketing consent. Your submission, notes, consent record and deletion-key hash are retained for 30 days from submission. Daily cleanup removes expired submissions within a further 24 hours. This limit applies to these website submissions, not any separate clinical records or backups.
Delete or withdraw consent
Use your receipt reference and private deletion key below. Deleting withdraws consent, permanently removes the stored submission, and cancels any future appointment or workshop place attached to it. Only a one-way hash of the key is stored. Keep your key private: anyone holding both the reference and key can delete the submission. No personal information is displayed by this control.
Privacy contact
The clinic has not yet supplied its privacy contact or complete clinical privacy policy. If you lose your deletion key, self-service deletion is not available; the submission will still expire automatically. A verified privacy contact and backup-retention policy must be supplied before clinical care launches.
Delete a stored submission
Enter the reference and private deletion key from your original receipt. This does not affect your EPDS answers, which were never stored.
